If your new bean bag, lamp, or home accessory isn't the perfect fit for your space, we've made the resolution process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Fatboy packaging and securely seal the box to ensure your products remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
