What is the shipping time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Can I use my Fatboy furniture outdoors?
While many of our products like the Lamzac and the 'Outdoor' line are designed for exterior use, we recommend storing them inside during heavy rain or extreme weather to prolong their lifespan.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive a shipping label.
Do Fatboy products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Fatboy products come with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
Can I refill my bean bag if it loses its shape?
Absolutely. We offer refill packs of high-quality EPS pearls on our website so you can restore your bean bag to its original plumpness whenever needed.
